Our Story
Exhale Away is an inclusive, beautiful mansion centre located in beautiful Somerset, Wales and Kent. It offers you the ideal venue locations for our fortnight, weekly and seven day programs, that always commence on a Monday through the week.
Who are we?
We’re a family of professionals who specialise in the healing of the soul, spirit and in turn, the body. We support the key focus and vision of our CEO and founder, Sharlette Reid , which is to serve our guests and facilitate their soul miracle.
From the moment you set foot on any of our resorts, you’ll feel at home, nourished, and cared for. Exhale is a beautiful location which has become home to those who attend, and family for those who have the bravery and honesty to lean in with vulnerability.

Nestled between a lush emerald forest and the rolling
waves of Waterwynch Bay in beautiful Wales, this coastal hideaway is a soothing and private retreat from the world. This is the place to go offline and unwind as peregrines swoop overhead and bottle-nose dolphins peek above the sea foam.
Spend the day relaxing in gardens carved by the sea,
strolling through the bluebell woods or clambering overrocks. When evening rolls around, retreat inside the grand, double- height entrance to find cool and
contemporary interiors with a sea-inspired palette by
interior designer Karine Kaelin.
